Lost or Damaged Packages

Beauty Beyond Labels is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged by USPS after shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and items.

For packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist with any information needed.
