Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty, hair, and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request assistance, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Beauty Beyond Labels is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery confirmation, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist by providing any required order or shipping information.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped.
